Shipping policy

At Sofia Santini, all our garments are 100% handmade and made to order, which means that each piece is made especially for you.

Production and Shipping Times

Once your order is confirmed, we begin production of your garment.
The shipping time is up to 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that this time corresponds only to production; transit time will depend on the destination and the courier service.

Domestic Shipping and European Union

We ship within Spain and the European Union.
The cost and estimated delivery time will vary depending on the country and the shipping company selected at the time of dispatch.

Transport Company

We work with external courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Important

Sofia Santini is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping company once the order has been delivered to them.

Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address to avoid delivery issues.

We currently do not offer express service or in-person pickup options.
